bring additional functionality, improved operability, and
convenience. The addition of a turbine to a streetlamp,
provides a new source of energy.

| Solid ink is melted as it is needed and dripped onto a small drum which is the same width as a sheet of paper. Using heat and pressure, the image is transferred to paper, using
90% less ink.
Until now solid ink had been limited to business users,
but Xerox is preparing to release a number of printer models
for general use within the year. I go through an enormous
amount of ink. This is largely due to the fact that I insist
on printing photo albums rather than just viewing them on my
computer. While cartridges are commonly recycled, the
thought of using less ink and fewer trips to the computer
store is rather appealing.

Property spectrum: State
One of the most prominent property spectra is the state. It
describes an evolution of products and processes starting
with solid matter and then moving to liquids, gases and
finally fields. A step, to the solid state, helps
reduce the amount of ink required.

Property spectrum: Integration
This property describes integrating different functions in your product to increase the user convenience. Some of the benefits of adding additional functions are: reducing number of systems required and improved operability.

| This month we selected the submission of Peter Kaplan. SICAO Green Hotel Refrigerator is a thermoelectric refrigerating product based on
Peltier Effect, has many superior advantages: no compressor, no Freon, no vibration, lowest noise, long life, reliable, auto temperature control, low consumption, environmentally friendly, ecological cleanliness and safety. Without compressor and Freon it can protect atmosphere.
So it is the new Green Product better than that with compressor.
It is the best choice of hotel, dormitory, family, office and hospital, etc. with cooling food, beverage, fruit, cosmetic, medicine and wine, etc.

Property spectrum: Density
The density referred to here is that of the electrons that
flow from a high density region to a low density region,
causing the electrons to expand and cool.

| This month we also selected the submission of Johan D. Haeseleer. Introducing SODA SEAL®! The revolutionary re-sealable can with the self-enclosed rotating cap!
Pop the top, turn the tab to re-seal & reveal full-color, high-resolution promotional graphics.

Property spectrum: Different components
Various products and technologies combine opposite functionalities. The jump to the ‘negative' component (i.e. that component that delivers the opposite function to the existing function) is very important one.
Possible advantages are increased system functionality, increased operability; increased ability to adapt to different use circumstances, increased user convenience.
The opposite function here is that of a system to open and
reseal a soda can.

CREAX funding advisory
CREAX extended its offer of services to funding advisory. This integration was realised by attracting experienced people and by building up a team of six dedicated experts in the field of funding advisory, with competencies in Investment, Human Resources and R&D projects.
We aim at creating a network of experts that will spread throughout Europe. Part of the expansion policy, CREAX Creativity for Innovation SRL Romania was set up in January 2008.
As a new member state, Romania benefits from 30 billion Euros of European Grants. The beneficiaries of the grants are Large companies or SMEs active in Romania. Grants can be awarded for Investments, HR, R&D or ICT related projects. Depending on each project a company can obtain up to 95% of grants from total eligible project costs.
CREAX Funding Support helps you trace the grants programes that are relevant for your company and gives you support in obtaining and managing grants.
