INNDUCE.me is a spin-off started by international innovation consulting company CREAX, headquartered in Kortrijk, Belgium. Based on extensive academic research in collaboration with Ghent University, we’ve developed a fully operational assessment tool that measures people’s innovation skills and allows companies to compose effective innovation teams. After taking an online simulation test, we provide participants with a personal report that explains their profile and specific growth opportunities. By re-orientating employees or by setting up specific coaching, we help companies build innovation teams that are ahead of the game.
While many companies are already benefiting from our evidence-based approach, INNDUCE.me is ready to take things a step further. In 2014, we started a research project in collaboration with Ghent University to find out whether the implicit knowledge of expert innovation professionals could be taught to less-experienced innovators. In the spring of 2017, we tested our knowledge transferring concept in collaboration with several organizations, among which Avans, the Dutch college for advanced business creation. One year later, the results are conclusive: INNDUCE.me is the first to prove that innovation knowledge structures can effectively be transferred to improve innovation behavior and self-efficacy. We are currently finalizing an investment round that will provide us with the financial resources to turn this knowledge into an online learning environment.
